A 2 ac system maintenance performed. The technician found one of the Air conditioning ver low on refrigerant. The customer declined a option to add dye to the system to find the leak. The customer only wanted 410 A refrigerant added. I informed the customer that the leak needs to be located or it will happen again and might damage to the compressor if the refrigerant keeps leaking out. The technician installed 6 lbs of refrigerant.
